Cottage Cheese Scones :
What you will need :
- 500 ml Flour
- 45 ml Brown sugar
- 10 ml Baking powder
- 2.5 ml Bicarbonate of soda
- 2.5 ml Rosemary, finely chopped
- 2.5 ml Sage, finely chopped
- 5 ml Salt
- 45 ml DairyBelle Butter, chopped
- 80 ml Milk
- 1 cup DairyBelle Smooth or Chunky Cottage cheese (flavour of choice)
- 1 Egg white

How to Make it :
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, herbs and salt together.
Crumble the butter into the flour mixture.
Combine the milk, cottage cheese and egg whites together.
Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together until soft, don’t over mix.
Roll the dough out and cut with a cookie cutter into the size and shape you want.
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 200°C for about 20 minutes.
To serve: break the scone in half and top with a slice of DairyBelle Easy Slice cheese.
